Role details: 33 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Before School Care: 7:00am – 10:00am After School Care: 2:00pm – 6:30pm $38–$40 per hour (inclusive of split shift allowance) superannuation About the Service: Licensed for 170 children Established leadership structure including a Centre Manager, 2ICs, and permanent Educators (minimal reliance on casual staff) Dedicated OSHC space within the school Strong, collaborative relationship with the school and local community Supportive environment with a clear focus on development and upskilling About You: Experience working in Outside School Hours Care or Early Years Education Confident leading operations, compliance, and day-to-day service delivery Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place Strong organisational and leadership capability Motivated to continue developing professionally within a structured organisation Why Join This Organisation?
